Congress fees and deadlines

Here is a quick overview of fees at the congress. More detailed information is provided on the registration website, or see the pdf with Instructions for Online Registration on the first page of the registration website. Early registration is valid only until Friday May 14, 2010. After this date, regular (late) registration rates will apply.

Early Registration

• Professionals 250 euros (including Congress Dinner & Rhine River Cruise)
• Students 150 euros

Late Registration

• Professionals 300 euros
• Students 220 euros

Accompanying persons must be registered in order to participate in any of the congress events. The registration for an accompanying person must be linked to a specific congress participant and costs 100 euros. This includes the Congress dinner and the Rhine River Cruise.

• Mid Congress field trips (costs range between 10 and 30 Euro depending on field trip)
• Pre- and Post Congress field trips : cost very variable, depending on duration of trip
